Mobilevalley Ltd are committed to providing quality products and customer service, however on rare occasions products may be found to be faulty or defective and in keeping with our service commitment, we offer the following returns facilities: - For a return authorisation please call 01536 770261 (Mon-Fri 9-5), this number must be used on the return form we send out to you and in any future correspondence.

We cannot accept liability for packages damaged during transit.

The RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the packaging.

Proof of postage is not proof of delivery, therefore please use a recognised courier and make sure your goods are adequately insured.

We will accept the return of faulty products for repair during the guarantee period, however we levy a standard charge of £25 plus vat for units that have no fault found on testing by our service agents. This is in addition to any carriage charges.
